Grown around 1,600 meters above sea level, this single-origin coffee is processed at the historic San Diego wet mill using a unique Hot Spring Water Washed process. Naturally heated mineral-rich spring water is used during fermentation, helping break down the coffee cherry’s mucilage while promoting exceptional clarity and complexity in the finished cup.

The result is a beautifully balanced medium roast with a clean, vibrant character, layered fruit sweetness, gentle spice, and a smooth, refined finish. Bright enough to showcase the qualities Tarrazú is known for, yet roasted with enough depth to create a rich and approachable everyday cup.
